Opus Leads Ltd

Opus Leads Ltd (“we”) runs AirToAir Ready and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@airtoairready.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Homeowner check and waitlist: your postcode, your answers to the check, your email address, and your first name if you give it.
  • Installer profiles: company name, your name, work email, coverage area, certification stage, your Technical Supervisor answer and checklist snapshot, and optionally phone, website and notes.
  • Job leads: whether an installer has opted in to job leads, and when they last opted in or out.
  • Usage events: events such as “quiz step viewed”, tied to a random session ID, not to your name, email or IP address. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To tell you when certified installers reach your area, and to send you the result you asked for. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • If you ask us to put you in touch with an installer certified for air-to-air, we pass your name, email and postcode to that installer. Installers who have opted in to job leads are offered enquiries first. Lawful basis: your request (consent).
  • To respond to installers and keep their readiness profiles. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before a contract. If an installer opts in to job leads, we contact them about homeowner enquiries in their area. Lawful basis: consent, which they can withdraw at any time from their profile page.
  • To understand which parts of the site help people, in aggregate. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we only pass your details to an installer when you ask us to. We use a small number of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only on our instructions.

International transfers

Our hosting, database and email providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. Email us if you would like more detail.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe, when we delete them, or for up to three years after the last email we send you, whichever is sooner. Installer profiles and job-lead preferences are kept for as long as the relationship is active and for up to three years after. Usage events are kept for up to two years. To stop our forms being used to flood someone's inbox, we keep a one-way hash of each address we email, with a count, and delete it within three days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email hello@airtoairready.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk(opens in a new tab).

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your quiz answers, checklist ticks and theme choice on your device. Nothing in it is sent to us until you submit a form. An administrator session cookie is used only by our staff.
