Terms of use
Last updated 2 October 2026.
AirToAir Ready is provided by Opus Leads Ltd. By using it you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice
The site explains the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and Microgeneration Certification Scheme requirements in plain English, based on official sources. It is general information. Results from the check are indications based on published rules, not eligibility decisions. Only Ofgem decides eligibility, after an MCS-certified installer applies on your behalf.
No endorsement
We are independent. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Ofgem, MCS, any certification body or the UK government. Names of these organisations are used only to refer to them.
Installer readiness
The readiness checklist and score are a planning aid. They do not guarantee certification, which is decided by your certification body. Claiming a profile does not create a listing or a contract.
Job leads
Opting in to job leads tells us you would like homeowner enquiries for your area once you are certified by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) for air-to-air. It creates no obligation on either side, and you can opt out at any time from your profile page (the link is in every email we send you about it). We only pass a homeowner's details to you when they ask us to put them in touch.
Opting in is free. If we charge for job leads in future, it will not be charged per lead, and you will only pay if you agree to it first.
Accuracy and changes
Scheme rules change. We check our facts regularly and show the date we last did, but we cannot guarantee the site is always current. Always confirm with the official sources linked on each page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
